GitTech
Terms & Conditions
Service & Licensing.
By using GitTech tools, you agree to these simple terms. No legalese—just a clear understanding of how we work together.
1. Repository Access (Invite Model)
Access to premium GitHub Actions is granted via an invitation to a private GitHub repository. Once you activate your license, an invite will be sent to your GitHub username. You are responsible for accepting this invite and maintaining access to your GitHub account.
2. License Usage
Each purchase grants you a personal or organization-wide license (as specified at checkout) to use the action. You may not distribute, resell, or share the source code of the actions with third parties who do not have a license.
3. Refund Policy
Because these are digital products delivered via repository access, I generally do not offer refunds once the GitHub invitation has been accepted or the source code has been accessed.
However, if you have trouble with the installation or the tool doesn't work as described, please reach out to gittech.site@gmail.com within 14 days and I'll do my best to fix it or offer a refund if I can't.
4. Limitation of Liability
I build these tools with extreme care, but they are provided "as is." I cannot be held responsible for any damage, data loss, or CI/CD costs incurred through the use of these actions. Please test them in a staging environment first.
5. Updates and Support
Licenses include access to all future updates for the major version purchased. Support is provided on a best-effort basis directly by me (0x1da49).
